Plasma (AP 820, diverse soorten)

Blood plasma is the filtered part of the blood, containing mainly white blood cells. AP 820 is a spray-dried plasma obtained from pig‘s blood. It is a protein complex composed of albumin and globulin. The biological characteristics of the protein are retained, making AP 820 a high-quality source of protein with a range of potential applications. The amino acid pattern is similar to that of milk protein.
